Semi-Automatic Croissant Dough Cutting Machine

 

This machine is designed and manufactured for accurately rolling and cutting the dough into pieces for making croissants. It performs rolling and longitudinal and cross cutting in a single feed, and rolling thickness is easily adjustable by means of a hand lever control. The length of cut can be easily varied by means of a timer control driven by a DC motor, and all cross cutting motions are air operated for a fast cutting performance. The machine frame and all parts directly in contact with the dough are made from stainless steel, to conform with USDA sanitation regulations, and the stainless steel knives provide a long lasting and clean cutting performance. Employed with a high quality conveyor belt, which also conforms with USDA sanitation regulations, the TD-300 is ideal for high production operations in GMP food factories.

 

ROLLING AND LONGITUDINAL CUTTING MECHANISM

The stainless steel roller presses the dough to a uniform thickness. The

longitudinal cutter head is fitted with stainless steel, round knives. The

 

width of cut is varied by the size of Spacer used.

 

CROSS CUT MECHANISM

The cross cutting cutter head is fitted with a max. 600mm knife to give an extremely clean cut. The cutting motions are air operated.
