DOUGH CROSS CUTTING MACHINE
An efficient and reliable high performance cutting machine that achieves dough cross cutting at high speed, TODAY's Dough Cross Cutting Machine is ideal for cutting dough strips into cube shapes for the production of wafers, high grade cakes... etc. The cutting knife is driven by a mechanical transmission disco motor providing a long service life and variable speed adjustments with a low to high speed ration of 1:6. The specially designed eccentric cutting motion ensures extremely clean cutting while keeping chip occurrence to a minimum. The unit employs an easy to clean wire conveyor which meets sanitary requirements and eliminates bacterial contamination. The entire machine features stainless steel construction throughout to conform with USDA sanitation regulations and the stainless steel knife provides a long lasting, clean cutting performance. The thickness and width of cut can be easily adjusted as desired. A set of collection trays are provided for convenient collection of the dough after it has been cross cut, prior to going to the ovens for baking.
